Shipment processing time
All orders are processed 24- 48hours hours during business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the case that there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) where appropriate. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
At Nutraleya we spend a lot of time choosing the best nutraceutical products, formulations made with quality ingredients, using the required attention to even the smallest detail and our customer’s satisfaction is our only goal which is why we constantly work very hard to make sure our clients have a flawless experience.
We will replace or refund most goods provided they are returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Goods must be unused, in their original packaging and with any security tags intact. Our Approval Guarantee does not apply to some goods or may apply only if certain conditions are met
(i) Not as described;
(ii) Not fit for purpose, or
As per the GDPR Policy Clause 8.
8.1 If you return a Product to us:
(a) because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven (7) day cooling-off period (see clause 4.1 in GDPR Policy), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us;
(b) for any other reason (for instance, because you consider that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
8.2 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will refund you in the same payment method used by you to pay, it may take up to 14 days to fully process your refund and/or within 30 days depending on circumstances. If the card you used to purchase has expired before refund made, please contact us to provide your new card details. Please note that only items purchased at www.nutraleya.com can be returned to us.
