We may send you subscription packages based on your previous orders with us. If you have chosen a subscription package, congratulations. Here is some useful information you should know.
Subscription Terms
Thank you for your subscription orders for Nutraleya products. This is a convenient way to ensure your health and wellness regimes are uninterrupted allowing you peace of mind.
1. Subscription
The subscription has been set up where you will be charged (each month, every two months, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) for products you selected and will be dispatched to the address provided. This is a 12 month contract which renews automatically at the end of each 12 month period until you cancel.
2. Payment method
Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of the purchase using your payment method details you submitted. You authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fees monthly/every two months to the payment method that you use.
3. Cancellation
Your subscription renews automatically and continues to roll-on each year until you cancel. Note deleting any app does not cancel your subscriptions.
If you purchased a subscription
You may cancel a subscription any time before your next payment is due. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription at least 10 days before the next payment date by sending an email to hello@nutraleya.com. If you are unsure when your next payment date is send us an email and we will be able to confirm this.
Cancelling your subscription means the automatic orders and renewal will be disabled, but you can still place an order on our website www.nutraleya.com
4. Refunds
If you purchased a subscription by error and require a refund, immediately send an email to hello@nutraleya.com before order is processed. If the order is processed you may be charged for postage for any returns. Refunds will be made within 14 days of confirmation of refund.
5. Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by sending you an email notification, or in other prominent ways. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.
If you have an address change such as you are moving, please notify us by email so we can make the necessary changes on record and ensure we send your order to the correct address.
